David and his wife Judy relocated to New Bern from the Boston area in 2016, settling in Fairfield Harbour to experience waterfront living and southern hospitality at its best! They love their new waterfront home having traded in New England winters for the warmth of sunny North Carolina. It didn�EUR(TM)t take long for their daughter, two granddaughters, and a sister to follow suit, also settling into waterfront homes in Fairfield Harbour in 2017. David and Judy are both natives of Massachusetts where the childhood sweethearts raised their three children and celebrated the births of three granddaughters. Two sons, and one granddaughter still live in the Boston area, David spent his early career in senior professional positions in high-tech and financial services while going to school evenings to obtain his MBA from Suffolk University. He has held a MA real estate broker�EUR(TM)s license for more than 40 years during which he built a profitable residential property rental business. You may catch David, a Coast Guard Licensed Captain, and Judy out on the waters sailing their 45�EUR(TM) sailboat (Escape), which they now enjoy 12 months out of the year rather than 6 months in New England. David also enjoys kayaking and running along the picturesque countryside of Fairfield Harbour. David joined Team New Bern in 2018, specializing in residential and waterfront properties. He loves to share what lured him and his family to New Bern and is eager to help others discover what it is like to live and play on the water year-round!
