About David Barnett
Approaching 10 yrs. of Real Estate Experience, David first began working on family rentals and property flips Remodeling and Project Management. After earning a BBA from the University of Hawaii he practiced as a Licensed Realtor in Hilo, Hawaii. The 2009 housing market decline convinced David and His wife Diana back to His Home State of Texas to study for their Master's Degree. At Texas State University, David studied Real Estate Investing, Business and Marketing, earning a MBA, while Diana earned a Master's in Accountancy (MACY). Afterwards, they both settled in Sugar Land, Tx where David started a Flipping Biz, Venture Home Investments, and Diana started her career with Grant Thornton Accounting Firm. Two years later David founded The Investor Group at Keller Williams Realty Southwest (TIG) where he continues to grow his Team of Realtors who Compete using their Investment Experience. The Team's Mission For Their Clients is to Negotiate the Best Price, Quickly, and Conveniently Without Any Problems. David's Passion in Digital Marketing helped build a Powerful Marketing Machine to Sell Fast His Client's Homes, Ask Him How. As David & Diana work for Traditional Buyers and Sellers, He continues to look for Investors, and Private Lenders for Opportunities, as He pursues His Goals of Closing Multiple Units Monthly & Sustainably. The first 4 years David and his Team Flipped/ Invested in approx. 100 properties, and as a Realtor, David, Diana and TIG Team have sold over 300 units in the last 5 years. David is committed to Growth by First Growing and Helping Others Achieve their real estate goals, for both Clients and Team Members. David strongly believes that Success is ONLY POSSIBLE by FIRST HELPING OTHERS SUCCEED. In his spare time David enjoys church, exercise, and most of all his family.
