Darren brings a strong background in market analysis to every transaction to make sure that his clients get the best price for their home, whether buying or selling. Away from work, Darren remains very active in the community. He chairs the Lower Greenville National Night Out event which brings hundreds of neighbors together to meet with Police and City staff to learn more about what they are doing for the community. He serves on the board of the Lower Greenville Neighborhood Association where he acts as the Crime Watch coordinator for 2500 households. Darren is also interested in historic preservation and helped, along with many of his neighbors, in developing the Belmont Addition Conservation District. He contributes to the Belmont Addition CD through its Yard of the Month committee, annual Fall Party team, the tree planting team and as a street captain. Although Darren specializes in Lower Greenville / East Dallas area as well as Turtle Creek / Uptown, his business is 100% referral based and leads him to all parts of the Metroplex.
