Real estate is my full time career now approaching 20 years. Through these years I have built strong skills in negotiating contracts and addressing the many nuances that can arise throughout the transaction. I have also developed important relationships with lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, appraisers and other real estate associates. My 20+ years of experience in construction, remodeling and new home building helps me to assist both Sellers and Buyers. I provide input to sellers to help them achieve top dollar in their sale. I am not a licensed home inspector but I can assist buyers by pointing out some of the pluses and minuses of the home prior to submitting any offer. 80% of my business is referrals from past satisfied clients (now friends). As a professional my job is to see the home as a commodity, while fully realizing this has been, or will be home for you.
