About Danica Matos

Danica Matos has been in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years as a broker and investor. She is now a Principal Broker at Compass Real Estate and Team Lead of her own real estate team, NFMS Group. Throughout her career she has helped hundreds of families buy, sell and invest in real estate. Born and raised in Chicago's Humboldt Park community, Danica's long term goal is to continue to guide families with their real estate needs and continue to impact her community. She believes that real estate is much more than just a business, she considers it a lifestyle. It is a lifestyle where all areas connect to your home, a home we all consider our safe space and use to leave a legacy. Using real estate as a tool to help families to also invest, she wants to enrich her clients lives as a trusted life and business coach who will help them obtain the life they want to live and can be proud of.
