I am a seasoned real estate Broker/associate and have been involved in over 1600 successful real estate transactions throughout my 39+ year career in real estate. It is a career that I am passionate about and is exhibited by my enthusiasm and my ability to think outside the box to get the job done. I have helped so many customers meet and exceed their goals with a "go the extra mile" attitude. It is this attitude that has enabled me to be the recipient of numerous awards throughout my career in the real estate industry, including "salesperson of the year", and not to mention, several top producer and million dollar club awards. I demonstrates requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel my customers through what is one of the largest financial transactions in a buyers or seller life and I always have my customer's best interest at heart. I have advanced skills in negotiating and the tenacity to successfully take the transaction from onset to closing. My commitment to honesty, hard work and excellent service is the foundation to my success which has helped me to become a top agent not only in my local office but in my local MLS Board of Realtors. I welcome continuing education, training seminars and classes to improve my service and knowledge which in turn is a benefit for my customers whom I am committed to and want "the experience" to be about them and for them. I work the East Coast from Edgewater to the Flagler Beach area and everything in between. I love the beach, golf, and boating and my family which consists of a husband of 38 years (a retired firefighter/EMT) and my two wonderful daughters. I have a sister in Tampa and a wonderful mother who is my best friend who lives in Edgewater that I spend time with on a weekly basis.
