Cynthia has been involved with investment property for approximately 10 years. She began her real estate endeavor while working as a Nurse Practitioner. She and her husband Dennis have been active buying and renovating homes for long term investment. They also manage their own properties. They both decided to obtain their real estate license in order to help others build and manage their own investment real estate portfolio's. She enjoys working with seasoned and novice real estate investors in addition to first time buyers. She believes real estate decisions begin with active listening of the clients needs and goals within the framework of a trusting relationship.
