Cristian Lavin is a licensed realtor in Florida and California�focusing on residential and�commercial real estate. South Florida has been his home for the past 21 years, and California for almost 3.5 years.�With an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong background in sales and marketing, and an enthusiasm for South Florida and the Bay Area, Cristian's experience and passion leads to success in helping his clients find the best real estate for their needs. For close to 18 years, Cristian worked in sales, marketing, and operations. Before�joining Compass,�Cristian was the Regional Vice President for the East Coast at a luxury car rental company. As part of�Cristian's responsibilities in his past role, he was developing new locations included finding and securing commercial real estate,�lease negotiations, business development, and the operations of the businesses. Due to the nature of his business, throughout his career, he developed an expansive professional network across the United States. With Cristian's extensive experience in networking, negotiating, and marketing, he is able to ensure clients meet their goals and objectives whether that be buying or selling. By partnering with a tech driven real estate brokerage company like , he is able to utilize the technology resources available to agents and the national exposure of the company in order to better serve his clients. Cristian earned an MBA from the University of Miami and an undergraduate degree in International Trade and Finance with a minor in Economics from Louisiana State University. He maintains an active lifestyle by boxing, weight-lifting, and playing basketball.
