His current projects include the 242 Broome Street Condominiums at Essex Crossing and the Quay Tower on the Brooklyn Heights Waterfront, at Brooklyn Bridge Park. 242 Broome, designed by SHoP Architects, is a highly praised full-service condominium in the Lower East Side. It is part of the seminal mixed-use, 1.9 million-square foot Essex Crossing development, and is now 95% sold. The Quay Tower is the final building to be built on the waterfront at Brooklyn Bridge Park. Designed by ODA and Marmol Radziner, it has some of the best views of any New York City condominium, in addition to some of the finest layouts and amenities in Brooklyn. Its penthouse sale at $22.75 million is the highest-priced apartment sale in Brooklyn history.Christopher and the team are currently launching the condominium UnionBK, at 305 Union Avenue in Williamsburg. The 19-residence building emphasizes green living and smart amenities, with much private outdoor space for residences and parking available, including for electric cars. Christopher has also worked as a sales agent for The Sterling Mason, at 71 Laight Street in Tribeca. With a sellout of over $250 million, The Sterling Mason achieved price per square foot records for a Tribeca new development. Its architecture by Morris Adjmi, interiors by Gachot, Inc., and landscaping by Deborah Nevins distinguished it as one of the highest-quality residential projects in New York. Neighborhoods in which Christopher has sold and rented properties include Tribeca, SoHo, Greenwich Village and both the West and East Villages, NoHo, Chelsea, the Flatiron District and NoMad, the Lower East Side and Chinatown, Gramercy Park, Murray Hill, Clinton and Hells Kitchen, Sutton Place, the Upper West Side, the Upper East Side, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Clinton Hill, Prospect and Crown Heights, Bushwick, Boerum Hill, and Brooklyn Heights. Currently a Chelsea homeowner and previously a longtime Chinatown resident, Christopher is originally from San Francisco, California. He moved to New York to attend Columbia University, where he studied Chinese and earned a degree with honors in East Asian Languages and Cultures. As a Columbia student, he studied abroad and led a research project on housing and demographic change in Beijing. He returned to China in 2010 to work at the USA National Pavilion at the green urbanism-themed Shanghai World Expo, attended by 70 million people. Christopher's passion for New York real estate has grown out of his deep knowledge of the City's history and architecture, as well as from his experience in foreign cities experiencing dramatic global change and exchange.
