Chris walks alongside his clients, coaches them through the process, and delivers results. Chris began his career in corporate finance at Dell, where he developed fiscal expertise and a keen understanding of the relationships at the heart of business growth. His corporate experience afforded him the experience of working with people from all over the globe. He is passionate about connecting on a deeper level to understand his clients' needs--from their ideal lifestyle to their preferences within each detail of the transaction. From a young age, Chris loved real estate and felt the desire to build his own business. After obtaining his real estate license, Chris found success at Keller Williams, where he gained a wealth of knowledge of the industry, the local market, and Austin's neighborhoods. Later, he put his relationship-building skills to work at Keller Williams' luxury boutique agency, Austin Portfolio Real Estate. In 2019, Chris decided to join Compass. Their industry-leading technology and marketing go to work for his clients, enabling him to focus on better understanding his clients' needs and giving them an edge in Austin's competitive market. His strong connection to his network is an essential ingredient that drives his success. Within Compass, the vast network of agents and support assured him that he could further grow his business organically there. Born and raised just outside of Cleveland, Ohio, Chris moved to Austin almost a decade ago. He loves his adopted city for the incredible social and outdoor lifestyle it affords. He lives in the Market District with his rescue pup, Chip, where they enjoy daily walks on the Hike and Bike trail and meeting the neighbors at the dog park. When he's not with Chip or his clients, Chris trains for triathlons, enjoys the lake, and explores new hiking trails. Chris wields his finance and sales prowess in every transaction, serving data-driven clients across a variety of industries. But he knows that numbers are not the whole story. Every client transaction is an important milestone in their lives. Chris enjoys being an advocate for his clients, helping them navigate the process successfully, then continues to foster those relationships even after the sale has closed.
