About Christina Maldonado

Recognized for her powerful energy and personable approach, Christina began her career selling real estate in Denver, Colorado then set her sights on NYC where she specializes in all property types. Born on an army base in El Paso, Texas, Christina moved to Denver in her teens and to New York after graduating from the University of Colorado. She subsequently earned her MBA and Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership focused in Management. Upon moving to NYC, Christina worked for a biopharmaceutical company in business development and saw through the firm's initial public offering. Through this process, she learned not only the ins and outs of growing a business, but the arts of client service and relationship retention. Christina displays sincerity and integrity when working with landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers, and investors. She prides herself in educating her clients every step of the way and managing their expectations so they can make the best decisions from start to finish. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Christina is a member of The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. She believes philanthropy lies in the heart of human greatness and enjoys giving back to her community as a mentor at iMentor. She also volunteers her time at City Hope, Hillsong NYC and is passionate about leadership and empowering others. Most importantly, she is a mom who resides in New York with her teenage children.
