After a successful purchase of her first home at the age of 24, Christina Erb became intrigued by the world of real estate. For a few years Christina entertained the idea of becoming a Realtor�, but it wasn't until the pandemic hit in 2020 that she realized how much value she could bring to the community. She was licensed and brokered with eXp Realty by the end of 2020 and has been unstoppable since. Christina designs her business to deliver excellent service and fully understand her clients wants and needs. She keeps clear communication, builds trusting and long lasting relationships, navigates the transaction from start to finish, and is an expert on the current and future market trends. She is professional, responsive, attentive, organized, and knowledgable, just to name a few. Christina is truly passionate about helping people invest in themselves and creating success. She stands out by having a sense of community, promoting and collaborating with the people close to her, creating local content for the public, and expanding her business by growing a referral network. She is here to tackle any questions, comments, or concerns you may have about buying, selling, renting, or investing property, or, she is just here to chat! Christina was born in Pittsburgh, PA and has lived in four different states across the U.S., so she is familiar with the process of moving and how stressful it can be. Her goal is to take as much stress and headache away from clients, and ensure a fun, motivating process. Beyond the office Christina is actively using her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Wellness as a HIIT coach. She is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor as well as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Her passion for a healthy lifestyle extends through mental, physical, social and financial stability. She enjoys being active and outside soaking up the sun, dancing around with her friends, and making connections with new faces. On top of all of this, Christina is also a dedicated DJ and music producer. She won the 2021 DJ Goldrush Competition and played at Goldrush Music Festival, sharing the main stage with artists such as Diplo, Sidepiece, Zeds Dead, Griz and more.
