My name is Chris Spencer and I am the broker in charge of Realty Executives of Lake Norman. I am a western North Carolina native with extensive knowledge of the area and trends. With that extensive knowledge I service properties from Uptown Charlotte to Lake Norman to Downtown Hickory and everything in between. This is my 16th year in the business and I sold over 13.5 Million dollars worth of property last year. If asked about my specialty I would not however pigeonhole myself into simply one category though as I feel I am one of the most diversified REALTORS in the area in terms of experience and specialties.
