About Chris Megale

Chris Megale lives in New York City with his family of 5 (6 if you count the dog). Raised on Long Island, he has lived and worked in Manhattan for over 25 years, most of which has been downtown Flatiron, Chelsea, East Village and, finally, Murray Hill. From grocery stores to gyms to dog parks, Chris knows the area extremely well. He currently lives in Murray Hill with his family. Like most New Yorkers, Chris has always loved real estate. He is an active investor with rental units in the East Village and in Asbury Park, NJ. His association with powerhouse Corcoran and personal experience in real estate give him great skills and ammunition to help guide his clients to successful rental, purchase and sale transactions. He is an intuitive listener, a strong negotiator and a discreet and respectful professional who is accessible to his clients at all times. Prior to real estate, Chris spent over 20 years in fashion working for some of the biggest names in the contemporary market. The majority of his career was centered in wholesale sales, merchandising and marketing unique expertise that greatly benefits his real estate clients. Chris holds an MBA from NYU/Stern School of Business and a BA from the College of William and Mary. His favorite New York activities are live theatre, and exploring the city on his bike. On weekends he can often be found digging in his garden or kayaking on the bay with his kids at their weekend home on Long Island.
