Chris Cardoza was born in the city of Tarzana, CA. He was raised in the city of Reseda and currently resides in Northridge, CA. He has witnessed how entire city of San Fernando Valley expand with culture and diversity. Chris Cardoza enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He has 3 sisters and a beautiful niece and nephew. He is currently an Elite Yelper since 2017. He loves food and food loves him. You will always find him on the "Gram" or Facebook posting pictures of food. He loves to have fun and enjoys making other people happy. Chris Cardoza worked in the finance and lending industry in the 2000s from different jobs as a loan officer to a senior suspense coordinator at Countrywide. After the market collapsed, he pursued the medical field since the market became volatile. He decided to pursue his career in Real Estate and joined Keller Williams Central The Freddy Diego Group located in Northridge, CA. Chris Cardoza graduated from the University of Phoenix in Southern California in 2016 and received a Masters of Business Administration. Collectively, he attended the same school and received a Bachelor's in Finance in 2014. Chris Cardoza switched careers because he wanted to have more financial freedom, be his own boss, and be able to spend more time with his family while helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership. Building a long lasting relationship, experience, and servicing those involved in transitions are among the highest priorities for Chris Cardoza.
