Charles Olson began his NYC real estate career in 2000 on the technology side as an IT professional focused on helping real estate agents sell real estate. Believing that the internet provides exceptional value to clients in terms of helping them find and sell homes most efficiently, he concentrated in this vital aspect of the business until deciding that working directly with buyers and sellers in all neighborhoods of his hometown Brooklyn was that much more rewarding. Tech savvy and analytical yet highly creative in his thinking, Charles provides a diverse range of services in support of every aspect of a client's real estate transaction. From the search to the sale and every step in between, his focus on the deal is never overshadowed by his penchant for excellent service. Charles specializes in Brooklyn, where he was born, grew up, went to school, worked and still resides. He is a proud homeowner and investment property owner, and a proud dad that raised his family in Brooklyn. Charles holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn College, an MS in Telecommunications and Computing Management from Polytechnic University and is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Buyer Representative. He spent 20 years in IT working in the Real Estate, Legal and Finance sectors.
