Charity is a Principal Broker in the State of Oregon and has been licensed since 1997. She gives 100% representation to her clients, and personally assists with all of their Real Estate needs, whether it's Buying, Selling or Investing.�She specializes in all areas of Lane County, including Single Family and Multi-Family Homes, Farms & Ranches, Vacant Land, Apartment Buildings, Developments, Building Conversions, 1031 Exchanges, New Construction, and Flips.� She enjoys spending time with her very large family, which includes 25 nieces and nephews. She loves traveling with her 27-year-old daughter, creating priceless memories all over the world, and cuddling with her Yorkie, Theo, and her Chihuahua, ChiChi.�
