My main focus is on commercial real estate throughout Broward County. This has included cradle to grave land development, multifamily housing, retail and office properties, mixed use development, as well as industrial properties. The typical deal size I work with is $1 to $10 million, I work with both buyers and seller. My leasing activity runs from small to large square footage. I work on both the landlord and tenant rep sides. On the residential side I deal with single family, condo's, and townhomes. I work across all price points, but historically have been on the higher dollar side of things. Born, raised, and educated in Massachusetts! After attending Northeastern University I moved to NYC where I worked for close to a decade in various finance and banking rolls. My wife and I chose to make Fort Lauderdale our home a number of years ago, we live here with our daughter (and dogs).
