About Carrie Vandenberg

Carrie comes to Compass from the trade show and conference industry with 24 years of high-energy experience as a lead graphics director, overseeing final graphic designs and application to booth builds, event branding and signage, and maintaining the overall aesthetic integrity of the event. She excelled at managing teams and nurturing relationships while producing impactful events like NAMM, Complexcon and ComicCon. I thrive when working under deadlines, professionally keeping all the proverbial balls in the air, while maintaining a dedicated and responsive consciousness for my clients' needs. These skills translate well into real estate and having an eye for impeccable design and craftsmanship helps when finding the perfect home or making improvements to ensure we get top dollar. I graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Sports Psychology and Leadership on a grant from the women in Philanthropy Scholarship Society. This education has helped hone my communication skills, mold me into a dedicated negotiator, to build cohesive teams and make lasting connections with my clients. I live in Venice with my fianc, our family and our dog Quill. I stay very involved in the Venice lifestyle and community activities. When not finding the perfect home for buyers or achieving maximum returns for the seller you can find me in the ocean surfing, on an adventure with Quill or renovating our Venice bungalow.
