About Carol Peterson

I have been in real estate since 2005. I have lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay area my whole life and currently enjoy living in the San Ramon Valley. I have extensive experience working with buyers and sellers, whether it is their first transaction or they are a seasoned investor. Along with my own sales, I manage operations for Epic Properties Group, where I oversee the preparation of homes for sale, the flow of paperwork, the coordination of reports/inspections, and the steps involved in the escrow and closing process.
