I try to educate my buyers from the beginning to the end helping them through the process and knowing this is probably the biggest investment of their lifetime that they will make. When it comes to home Sellers, I prefer to ask them "what can I do for you" instead of saying "what I can do for them". It might surprise you to find out the answers can be completely different.
