About Carmen Lance

Carmen Lance has been involved in various forms of the Real Estate industry since 2001 where she managed Real Estate Investment Trusts. She had always dreamt of becoming a business owner and in 2014 made the decision to take the licensing steps needed to become a Realtor. Real Estate has become a true passion for her where she can utilize over 25 years of customer service experience and problem solving. In Carmen's 1st full year as a Realtor she was ranked in the top 10% of her company for Home Sales and Ranked in the top 5 of Listing Agents. Carmen is also a Certified Military Residential Specialist, being a "watchdog" for the warrior community. Steve Lance comes from the world of sales. He has owned various businesses where negotiating is Key! Steve's commitment to his clients is world class. He does whatever it takes to get the job done, going above and beyond the call of Realtor duties. Together as The Lance Team, Steve and Carmen have helped well over 200 families Sell or Purchase their homes in the last 6 years and have consistently been ranked in the top 5% of producing Realtors in their office of 450 Realtors and are ranked in the top 5% in the state of Arizona. Steve & Carmen were both born and Raised in Southern California and have lived in Buckeye AZ since 2012. They have 1 son who is a Retired U.S. Marine.
