He specializes in new construction and relocation's. Growing up in Central America, Carlos worked for a family business in new construction. From a young age, he gained a plethora of skills in negotiation, writing contracts, quality control, and customer service. He continued on to study industrial engineering in Honduras and later moved to New York to expand his education in business. Carlos has lived in the Upstate of South Carolina for eight years. He holds a wealth of experience stemming into his real estate career. His negotiation skills are a force to be reckoned with and his warmth and joyful disposition make him a trusted advisor to each and every client. He personally oversees every step of the process to closing with only the highest standards and strives to provide the highest quality experience to his clients. He resides in The Upstate with his wife Marisa, two sons, daughter, and dog. In his free time, he enjoys trying new restaurants in the area, kickboxing, and traveling to the Carolina coast.
