It is such a privilege to be a Real Estate Agent. My clients let me into their lives, entrusting me to help them facilitate major changes. People have a distinct individual story and for a short time, I become a part of their world in a very personal way. Every day brings new victories and challenges so it is my task to navigate us through the sometimes rocky waters of the current market. As in any relationship, if you pay attention to the other person's goals, needs and abilities, apply them and work together, success will follow. Born and raised on the Westside, I began my Real Estate career in 1979 and joined Compass in 2018. Relationships are the cornerstone of my business, first and foremost with my client. Along with that go my relationships with the other agents in the industry. Where there is trust and integrity, no challenge is insurmountable. For me, it is extremely important to maintain a positive, helpful and cooperative relationship with my fellow agents to ensure they know they can trust me to do the right thing and will work with me to accomplish the best outcome for both the buyer and the seller. It is simply not acceptable to let our egos get in the way of your transaction. Equally important are my relationships built with the team that it takes to close your transaction. I have developed strong and loyal bonds with Escrow Officers, Title Officers, Inspectors, Lenders, Home Protection companies and many other support providers. Part of my job is to bring the best possible service to every facet of the transaction. Your needs should be as important to them as they are to me. The jobs they perform are out of my hands, so I must know that I am providing a highly qualified force that will successfully move the transaction to its completion. When a problem arises, knowing that I can make a call and quickly have it resolved is extremely important to me. With each day, new challenges surface in the ever-changing Real Estate Market. It is my job to see that no matter what the economy brings, your transaction will come to a satisfying conclusion. After 34 fascinating years of selling Real Estate, I have found that each year brings growth and knowledge through the people I serve.
