About Calvin Cleveland

Calvin Cleveland graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Finance, and again in 2011 with an Masters in Business Administration focusing on Management. He first got into Real Estate in 2011 by purchasing a Foreclosure in his last year of Graduate School, and has since starting his own company The Cleveland Group LLC in 2014 focusing on Real Estate investing, and consulting. He has owned multiple properties since 2011 and has personal experience in buying, selling, rehabbing, renting, foreclosures, and property management. His real passion is investing and helping others plan ahead to build a foundation centered around Real Estate assets. In his spare time Calvin enjoys working with other entrepreneurs on business related projects and mentoring young men around the greater Charlotte Area. He looks forward to working with you to not only identify your Dream Home, but to build a plan for the NEXT step.
