About BRUCE SWANSON

Our Story.... We have paired Bruce Swanson with Swanson & Associates 17 years of top producing real estate service, and Dr.Keith Ingram's 33 years in education in Cherokee County to develop Education First Fund (EF2) which is an initiative to support our children and local educators. EF2 will make a $500 donation at the time of closing on a single home to any EF2 participating elementary school, middle school and high school {of a client's choice}. We designed this program to help alleviate the day to day struggles and supply demands at our local schools, and believe in sacrificing a little bit of our business to make a big impact in our local community. Bruce Swanson has been a top producing Realtor in Cherokee County for the last 17 years, and has been with the Keller Williams family for 11 of those years. As a father of an elementary school child in Cherokee County, he is excited to be a part of such a worthwhile program that provides much needed support to the local classroom.
