About Bruce Elia, Jr.

Bruce follows in the footsteps of his mentor and father, Bruce Elia Sr, C.C.I.M, and mentor and Sister, Tiffany Elia-Hojo, Broker-Associate. An honors student and athlete graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in political science, Bruce headed to Wall Street, obtaining three financial licenses (Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 all with PHD Capital). Like many in the finance field he had a change of heart and decided to pursue his passion: real estate. Since obtaining his license in 2005, Bruce has facilitated over 175+ real estate transactions to a close, including: Luxury Single Families, 2-Family, Multi-Family, Condo, Co-op, Tenant/Landlords Leases and Commercial Sales & Leases.
