Brooks Ames has been a full-time agent with KIKO since 1996. With a Bachelor�EUR(TM)s Degree from the University of Akron, Brooks received his Real Estate License in 1997 and his Auctioneers License in 2001. He is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association and the Ohio Association of Realtors. Brooks is also a member of the Akron Rotary, Great Akron Chamber, and a graduate of Leadership Akron. Brooks and his wife, Janey, actually met at one of approximately 30 benefit auctions he performs each year. They reside on Portage Lakes with their 5-year-old son, Trace. When Brooks is not auctioning or giving out keys to a new home he just sold, he�EUR(TM)s enjoys time with family and friends on his pontoon boat, often taking in a PLX sunset. Brooks enjoys helping his clients achieve their goals every day by offering them options when it comes to selling and buying Real Estate throughout Northeast Ohio. He makes converting assets into cash very simple.
