My name is Brittany Bradshaw and like many people I share many titles, such as mom, wife, friend, realtor, investor, and negotiator. I have been married to my husband Shawn for 3 years. We have two handsome young sons Carter and Kingston. I like to spend time with my friends, shopping, playing with the kids, and fellowshipping with everyone. I have lived and grown up in the local area all of my life and I loved every minute of it. The local area has so much to offer not just with great homes, but river rafting, zip lines, hockey, great restaurants, great businesses (a few of them being Fortune 500 companies), and shopping. Shopping is where I have learned from early in life to put my skills to the test that makes me even stronger as a realtor. I look for the diamonds in the rough. I enjoy getting out on Saturday mornings and looking for sales that I can negotiate Yes, I am a yard sale fanatic. I also have a knack for interior design. Growing up I have been able to watch my father and mother buy many homes that they have flipped and sold, or made as rental homes. So, I know a good purchase from those that are not and I am able to recognize the issues that would make a home not desirable.
