Real Estate is in my DNA. My mom was an agent and my grandfather was a real estate attorney and I've had my license since 1995. My background is in implementing technology at Fortune 100 companies to improve processes and efficiencies at those companies. When real estate moved to the internet, I saw an opportunity to combine my experience in both real estate and technology and offer Buyers Sellers with an option other than the traditional 6% commission. So I built process maps for what it actually takes to buy and sell a house and then I created a pricing model that would allow the business to be profitable while saving my clients thousands in real estate commissions. I run the only local hybrid agency in the Washington DC Area and we are completely changing the wayreal estate is bought and sold locally. We leverage the power of the internet and integratedprocesses to connect buyers and sellers. For sellers, we sell homes for $500 up front and 1/2%commission at closing. For buyers, we rebate up to half our commission at closing. We've already served over 1,000 clients and saved them over $50,000,000 in real estate commissions! It's notrocket-science, it's just a better way. Initially, I built this business to serve For Sale By Owners and Expired Listings because those Sellers typically couldn't or didn't want to pay the traditional 6% commission. Then military families who PCS into and out of our area started to use us. Then traditional sellers started to use us. And now we simply tell everyone that we are full service real estate representation without the full service commission.
