Brian Shadood has 21 years of real estate experience and has been a resident of Washington Heights since 1977. His knowledge of both the industry and his community is extensive and his expertise is a tremendous resource for his clients. Over the years, he has built up excellent relationships with landlords and owners and sold and rented hundreds of apartments in the area. He is well known and respected throughout the neighborhood. In the office, Brian is known as an educator and number cruncher, he is detail oriented and possesses an exceptional work ethic. He has successfully trained junior agents, can answer any questions and solve problems. He has been instrumental in drafting and calibrating documents and the day-to-day operations of the office. The greatest testament to Brians capabilities as an agent has been the steady network of repeat and referral business he has generated over two decades. Nothing makes him happier than matching a person to the perfect property or having a seller achieve the optimal result.
