When meeting new agents I often ask, "What do you intend to be, a Commission Agent or a Mission Agent?" Neither answer is wrong but if I were interviewing an Agent to represent me in a Real Estate Transaction, I'd be looking for the Mission Driven Agent. As a sworn Agent of the State of Arizona it is my duty to protect the public interest in a Real Estate Transaction. Lately, the implications of this Mission are far more multifaceted as we also consider now the safety of our clients health in the process of both buying and selling a property and how to be the most mindful of my duties in representing clients. My Mission is to best represent my clients by knowing their stories, my connection to "your" mission and why the time has come and for what specific purpose will I be serving your interests in a Real Estate Transaction. This connection, to your most important values, is what drives me to get the solution to your need whether it be attaining the strongest possible pricing for the sale of your home or the best possible price and award of contract in the purchase of your new home. My client base is as vast and diverse as the intentions of Fair Housing might have imagined and from each client I learn something new and am made a far better person in the process of each transaction. Your Story!!! It is my client's story that drives me to gain record sales prices in home sales for many of my clients and being awarded purchase contracts even when not the highest offer amongst many in play for the same property. Each process is designed purposely different than another based on your needs and the strategic development of how to present those needs best on either side of a transaction. My pledge is to concentrate through listening, formulate through the details, and move into momentum in attaining the desired result.
