About Brett D. N. Compton

Brett D. N. Compton has been in the New York real estate business for 8 years. With focused market knowledge and problem-solving abilities, Brett is a listener and communicator who matches his real estate services to his buyers', sellers' and landlords' needs. From estimating costs for design projects to maximizing rental return on investment properties, he knows the business of real estate. He knows his way around any type of investment property. Brett graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York with an honors BFA in Interior Design, and was one of only two students nominated for the Donghia Foundation Scholarship Award. Prior to his real estate career, he refined his design skills at various New York architecture firms. Brett is a native New Yorker and currently resides in a co-op on Park Avenue. His interest in real estate began at an early age--his mother is an interior designer and his father a real estate attorney. He has grown up living all over Manhattan with a taste of Brooklyn and Westchester.
