About Brent Cole

Brent Cole and his wife Erica are both multi-generational natives of San Diego with a tremendous enthusiasm for their hometown and its future development. Brent Erica started their real estate career together in 2004 working in new home sales in downtown San Diego, selling from modern loft communities, to some of the largest luxury towers. They assisted many buyers negotiate purchases for new condos during the market downturn and they both transitioned into the resale market in 2010, at the completion of the new construction phase. With over 30 years combined experience, negotiating large numbers of real estate contracts has groomed the Coles into an expert negotiators for their clients. The Coles' have lived throughout the county and being able to share that insight helps to create a true perspective, which is unique in San Diego. Having lived and still owning property in the East Village Neighborhood, and being actively involved in the community really allowed them to be immersed in the downtown culture and lifestyle. Brent previously held the position of President of The East Village Residents Association for 2 years (2010-2011). Brent currently serves on the Executive Board for the ICON Community, and has done so for over 5 years. This is another valued layer where key insight and overall understanding of how HOAs in rise communities are effectively run, as well as an in-depth understanding of the Construction Defect Litigation process and helping his clients navigate through this complex phase. The Cole family has grown over the years and they migrated to Point Loma in 2014, where they are active in the community, and have been active selling homes.
