Dreams Do Come TrueI love sharing positivity and inspiration with those around me. Motivating others to achieve their goals has always been a passion. I have spent 30 plus years building my career as a Broker in the Real Estate industry, gaining experiences in areas such as perfecting my people skills and sharing my ideas with other agents. In addition to traditional sales, I've also sold REO properties, new construction, but my favorite has always been working with first-time home buyers.My dreams have come true. Today, I manage the Coldwell Banker Professional Group office in Eugene, Oregon. I knew that one day I would like to be a leader in a real estate office, and that day finally came in October of 2019 when Lucinda Hage interviewed me for the position.I have about 30 brokers in my branch as well as two staff members. Since I first came, we have grown in size and have recently moved into our new location.
