I moved to Charlotte in 2001 and after roughly a year I fell in love with the area and the business climate. I worked extremely hard for 5 years and in 2007 I was Ranked 6th for Individual Agents with RE/MAX in North Carolina and in 2008 I was Ranked #3 in North and South Carolina for Individual RE/MAX Agents. Since that time I have sold over $100 Million in Real Estate in the Region and am a member of the RE/MAX HALL OF FAME. In 2018 with the changes in technology I joined EXP Realty which I feel is the future of Real Estate I call it the Amazon and Uber of Real Estate because EXP has invested so much in technology and within two years we are a leader in Charlotte in closed sales. I enjoy working harder and smarter for my clients. One of the ways that I work Harder is that I am one of the ONLY agents that you will find who will go into the crawl space during the inspection if problems are found. I have met very few agents male or female who are willing to explore crawl spaces. When a buyer or seller sees that I am willing to get on the roof and or explore the crawl space and get more photos of a potential hazard or problem they realize that I have their best interest in mind and that I am protecting them. I provide my sellers with a Pre-Inspection Check List which gives the sellers an Idea of what to expect from a buyer's inspection as well as how to prepare the home for the Inspection. One of the greatest satisfactions for me is actually helping people. When a client achieves their goal in real estate and they are genuinely happy it gives me a true sense of self worth and it truly motivates me.
