About Bill Arseneau

I started my Real Estate career in Huntington Beach in 1976, I worked as an agent until earning my Broker's license in 1979 and started Managing the office, which was then Real Estate by McVay. The office was sold and became Pridemark Realtors until 1993 when it was bought by Star Real Estate. I managed through all the changes until the start of 2012 when I left management and began working as a Broker Associate with Realty ONE Group in Mission Viejo. I was hired the end of 2017 to manage the Corp. office of Coldwell Banker Beachside. I left after a year and joined Keller Williams Realty in Mission Viejo as a Broker Associate for three years. I was recruited to come back to Huntington Beach as Branch Manager for Realty ONE Group West, Huntington Beach office in Dec. of 2020. I realized that hiring, training and helping agents grow their business was in my blood, after doing that for over 36 years. I'm excited to be back doing what I love. I'm a father of two grown daughters and a grandpa to three young grandsons. I enjoy reading, Surfing, Mountain bike adventures and snow skiing. One of my mottos is: Under promise, Over deliver. I know from personal experience that customer service is lacking today in most industries.
