About Bianca Khoury

Bianca Khoury grew up in the Central Florida area and has resided in Winter Park since 2000. She is a graduate of Rollins College, where she studied International Business. Bianca works directly with her husband, a contractor/builder and owner of Urban Perch, where her role focuses on sales and client relations. Bianca's real estate resume doesn't stop at new construction. She has worked with many buyers and sellers in more traditional transactions.
