About Beth Gittleman
Beth began her New York City real estate career in 2003. Since then she has worked as an associate broker and recently spent six years building the sales and development division of a boutique brokerage in Manhattan. A resident of the Upper West Side and native New Yorker, she is known for her work with sellers, developers, and buyers. With a simple philosophy that she has dubbed couch karma, she believes that no one engaged in a real estate transaction should ever question if they are getting the service they deserve from their broker or brokerage. The business of real estate is the business of people. Fused with an expert level of knowledge in New York City real estate, loyalty, honesty and a fierce dedication to her work, she brings a refreshing approach to the real estate process. Beth is a member of REBNY where she serves as co-chair to the Upper Manhattan REBNY committee and is an executive committee member for NYRS. Currently she is developing a monthly women's initiative for women in business in association with REBNY. She holds a Certified Negotiation Expert designation and is a volunteer committee member for Broadway in Bloom which is an annual event produced by the Broadway Mall Association. In her spare time she loves to travel, host dinner parties, live music and theater, singing and salsa dancing.
