About Barbara Konings

Barbara believes in hard work, relationships, and having chemistry with her clients. There has to be a click, otherwise, a deal will not get done. She bonds with her clients and gives full attention to their needs. Barbara's motto is, personal service, fast deals, and having fun! A native of the Netherlands, Barbara moved to New York City over 14 years ago. She lived downtown in Soho, moved to Williamsburg and started exploring Brooklyn, and currently owns a loft on the Bowery. Barbara, who got her real estate license in 2011, specializes in all facets of the business - rentals, sales, residential and commercial. She is very candid, confident, communicative, and calm even in the most stressful situations. With a background in finance and art, Barbara is known for her business savvy and creativity. She enjoys traveling and socializing and has a large international network. When she is not occupied with helping clients and making deals, she most enjoys traveling, tennis, boxing, running and hot yoga.
