About Audrey Benassi

Audrey is a broker with Keller Williams Realty Coral Springs/Parkland. She brings more than twelve years of experience and dedication to ensuring her client's needs are met in every transaction. Audrey is fluent in English, Spanish, and French and has extensive experience working with international buyers and sellers. She works with investors and has the ability to discern what the best investment is for her clients. Her experience also includes the evaluation and disposition of REO properties (foreclosures) and short sales. Her industry knowledge, commitment to continued education, and personal qualities, such as tenacity and effective communication, have resulted in considerable success. Audrey is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors, Realtor Association of Lake and Sumter Counties and is a notary public in the State of Florida. She has achieved the nationally recognized professional real estate designation of GRI (Graduate REALTOR�Institute) and she has also attained REO Certification and Short Sale Certification through the Five Star Institute. Audrey Benassi not only has a passion for real estate, she also loves to dedicate her time and energy to causes that touch her heart. First responders are her heroes and because of this she is a board member of the HEARRTS charity, which supports first responders' families. She also organized and arranged several fundraisers for first responders over the past 4 years raising over $100,000. Audrey also works hard to help furry friends. She has been an animal rescue transporter for over 3 years and saved the lives of over 74 dogs and cats. Audrey collaboratively worked with over 20 rescues to pull animals out of shelters and transport them to other states to their foster or forever families.
