About April Tavares

April Tavares is a full-time professional Realtor representing clients purchasing or selling residential real estate. April became a real estate practitioner in 2006. Her background was uniquely suited to Real Estate with previous positions as a Mortgage Processor, Underwriter, and 13 years working for a large mutual fund company where she was promoted to Vice President within the marketing group. As Vice President, her duties focused on marketing and project management. The breadth of her experience combined with her dedication to continuing education in the field of real estate has made her a tremendous resource to her clients. April Tavares is also a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) which is the foremost Professional Real Estate Designation nationwide. Less than 6% of all Realtors in the state of California hold the GRI designation and it is only earned after successfully completing an in-depth educational curriculum covering a wide spectrum of real estate related topics. April puts her clients first and builds strong relationships with her thoughtful and reassuring nature. Her choice to join Keller Williams was based on its collaborative culture and an innovative full-service focus that leverages the latest technology to serve clients. April lives in Saratoga and is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Grand View League, whose fundraising benefits our community through the American Cancer Society office in Campbell. April enjoys cooking, hiking, travel and spending time with family and friends.
