April has been involved in Real Estate since 2005. She started her career in Real Estate at Keller Knapp, Inc. where she worked there for 5 years before moving to Avenue Realty for 1 year and now with Palmerhouse Properties Realty since 2011. I am experienced and trained in the regular retail market as well as the REO Market. I specialize in Residential as well as Commercial properties. In 2006 I began work in the REO market working for Altisource (formerly Ocwen) listing properties as well as performing BPO's (both residential and commercial). Since then I have worked for several companies listing properties and performing BPO's with such companies as Clear Capital, Asset Valuation Management (AVM), Old Republic Title, Mainstreet Valuations, Emortgage Logic, iMortgage and many other companies. In 2010 I branched into Commercial Real Estate by listing many commercial properties (such as car washes, shopping centers and regular retail) for a small local bank here in GA. Since then I have performed Commercial BPO's for Asset Valuation Management, PCV Murcor, Altisource and Clear Capital. I have carry active membership with Equator, ResNet, Loopnet and Reotrans. I am also certified by the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals. In 2012 became certified as a REO specialist by the Five Star Institute. "Everyday I love what I do, whether it's working for a local bank, a large management company or first time homebuyers. I try to give all my clients the best service possible.
