About April Byrd

A native of the New River Valley, April has returned to her roots after 10+ years of living and selling real estate in beautiful Abingdon, VA. Along with working as a licensed Realtor since 2006 for local Abingdon real estate firm, she is the former co-owner of a construction, development and property management company, giving her an extensive background in all aspects of the real estate process from construction to completion, in both commercial and residential properties. From growing up in Floyd County, graduating from Roanoke College, to calling the far southwest corner of the state home for many years, and recently working at Virginia Tech, she has a deep ties to the area and a knowledge of the region which she will use in guiding you on your real estate journey.
