About meHi! I'm Annie Nicely of Coldwell Banker Realty. I was born and raised in Guam, a small island in the South Pacific. I am so blessed to have the most caring husband, a beautiful daughter and son-in-law, and triplet grandchildren I adore. I chose a career as a Realtor because I've always enjoyed helping people. In my prior career as a Computer Science Professor, it gave me great satisfaction to know I played a part in helping my students achieve their career goal. My career as a real estate agent was a natural transition. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will make in their lifetime and I am honored to help my clients navigate through the transaction process. I help my clients by educating them to make well-informed decisions and by providing them with access to top professionals in the industry.
