About Anne Schreiber

Anne Schreiber is committed to excellence. Her education, success in business, communication/negotiation skills, unrelenting drive for results and absolute passion to help is evident throughout her career and life. Anne is a native San Diegan. After completing her B.A. in Sociology and M.A. in Teaching, Anne worked for 7 years as a Kindergarten Teacher in Juneau, Alaska and in Coronado, CA. After the birth of her first child, she became a fitness professional, teaching group exercise classes for Fit4Mom/Stroller Strides. She rapidly grew her location to one of the largest in San Diego and was asked to direct the corporately owned/largest franchise in the company right here in San Diego with 18 locations and @40 independent . Under her results-based leadership, the franchise experienced great success with a 38% increase in franchise revenues during her 3 year term as the director. These previous experiences sharpened Annes ability to reinforce confidence in her clients while keeping them focused on their goals. This balancing act of support/communication/education coupled with an absolute focus on client stated objectives and first class consult is serving her very well in real estate. In fact, Anne earned the coveted International Presidents Premier award in 2015 which ranks her in the top 1% internationally. Anne is a Certified Negotiation Expert. Due to her previous career and M.A. in Teaching she is also an expert with the local school districts and board member for Del Sur Education Foundation. More than anything, Anne is a professional that will pursue the protection of real estate equity with unmatched motivation and passion. She empowers her clients with knowledge and education each step of the way.
