About Ani Kojian

Ani Kojian brings high energy, excellent negotiation skills and a reputation for her client-centered approach to luxury real estate clients from Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach. With more than 30 years' experience in the Finance, Technology and Wealth Management industries, Ani most recently served as an Executive for TD Bank in Manhattan and Toronto. Her entrepreneurial spirit led Ani to begin investing in Florida real estate. After several personal investing successes, she earned her professional real estate license and began helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership, assisting sellers with the most lucrative deals, and bringing the highest return on their investment dollar. As compassionate as she is tenacious, Ani leaves no detail overlooked for her clients. From having the home professionally staged or cleaned, to expert photography and videography, Ani will ensure the property is optimally presented to her large network of qualified buyers and investors. When asked what has led to her success in today's ultra-competitive market, Ani explains that "strategy without execution is merely a hallucination!" She credits her passionate and genuine nature for winning clients from coast to coast. Originally from Toronto, Ani began her career with 19 years in the Toronto Financial Services industry before moving to Manhattan to head the acquisition and integration efforts for TD Bank, where she stayed for another 11 years. She moved to South Florida in 2016 to pursue her love of real estate and has built strong ties to her community through volunteer work, networking and other community involvement. Whenever possible she enjoys traveling abroad and has visited 43 countries to date with a goal of 60 before age 60.
