About Andrea Balanta

Andrea is originally from Alabama, where she was first licensed in 2006. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama, and eventually relocated to Georgia to expand her career in sales and marketing. After 19 successful years with her company, she decided to return to her passion for Real Estate and has not looked back. Andrea is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate and a member of the Atlanta Realtor's Association. She has a natural passion for helping people and specializes in assisting and educating first time home buyers. Andrea is a skilled negotiator, leveraging her 10+ years of Real Estate knowledge to secure the best deals for her sellers and buyers. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys making memories with her family, traveling, sporting events, and attending dance festivals throughout the country. Andrea is also a longtime volunteer and supporter of the March of Dimes and American Cancer Society.
