This is my story and I want to hear yours too. I'm originally from Argentina, I came to America to start a new life in 1990, with my Husband and my two daughters (4 years old and 3 months old at the time we moved), . Working hard from the beginning, we had in our minds to be successful, 11 months later we bought our first home, starting one of our businesses, "Property investment". We start buying houses , remodeling them and selling them for a profit, but during that time we lived in each one of them, worked on them, enjoying them and calling each one of them Home. After 9 years we finally settled in a new construction home where we still live, but we never quit investing. In 1998 we started with rental properties and condos, this was a very successful time for us, buying condos, remodeling, selling them and with the profit buying rental properties, until 2005... when it was the time to sell, and let me tell you what a ride... Then waiting until the time was right in 2009, we started again buying rental properties, a business that is now active and running smoothly. By 2011 I decided that all the knowledge I had from the past in Real Estate transactions, should be shared with others and help build their investment businesses, helping first time home buyers and helping buyers and sellers up size or down size from their present home. For all these years I've been helping buyers and sellers accomplish their dreams. WHAT A GREAT FEELING IT IS TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE GET INTO THEIR FIRST HOME!
