About Amy Magur

Born and raised in Troy, New York, Amy has witnessed the incredible change and growth that's transformed the City. No longer wanting to watch from the sidelines, Amy began investing in the City by purchasing properties in or near foreclosure and rehabilitating them, making them stand out as beauties. Amy is a member of an LLC that currently owns/manages multiple properties consisting of residential and commercial tenants. Before becoming a Realtor, Amy worked in IT Consulting as a Project Manager and Human Resource Liaison. As a Project Manager, she learned to be organized and detail oriented. As your Realtor, Amy will put these skills to work for you. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, your best interests are her priorities. Amy understands that buying and selling Real Estate can be stressful... but it can also be exciting. She will work tirelessly to reduce your stress and make the experience as pleasurable as possible. This will be accomplished through constant communication and accessibility. When not assisting clients, or continuing her Real Estate education, Amy enjoys spending time with her family including two daughters as well as practicing yoga, reading and gardening.
